Privacy notice

This notice describes information handled through the HowOps website and its project-inquiry form. HowOps is the consulting brand led by Andra Howard, MA. For privacy questions, email contact@howopsconsulting.com.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional organization and area of interest, and your message. If you email HowOps or book a call, the information you provide through those channels is also used to communicate with you. Please keep passwords, payment details, and private client records out of your initial inquiry.

How inquiry information is used

Your details are used to review your request, respond, discuss possible work, and keep a record of that conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Services used by this website

• Jotform receives inquiry-form submissions and stores responses in the HowOps form owner’s account. It may process device, usage, and security information and use cookies when you submit the form or open the hosted form. See Jotform’s privacy policy.
• Google provides the externally linked calendar booking page and the fonts loaded by this site. Google receives technical information when your browser requests those services. Booking information is handled according to Google’s privacy policy.
• Website hosting may process IP addresses, request times, and technical logs to deliver and secure the site. Public previews use Vercel; the main domain is published through GitHub Pages.

The HowOps page code does not add advertising pixels or a marketing analytics tracker. Form-processing and linked services have their own data practices. Videos on this site are served as media files rather than through an embedded social-video player.

Access, retention, and requests

Inquiry records are used for correspondence and any resulting engagement. Retention may depend on the conversation, ongoing work, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may contact HowOps to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask us to stop follow-up. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.

Your choices

You can browse without submitting an inquiry, email instead of using the form, and use your browser’s cookie controls. External links—including LinkedIn and client websites—take you to services with their own policies.

This notice will be updated when the website’s practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
