These terms describe use of the HowOps website. HowOps is the consulting brand led by Andra Howard, MA. Questions can be sent to contact@howopsconsulting.com.

Website information and inquiries

This website introduces HowOps services and examples of its work. Sending a form, emailing, or booking an introductory call does not create a paid engagement or reserve a project start date.

Proposals and paid work

Services are custom-scoped. Deliverables, fees, payment terms, timing, responsibilities, software costs, and any continuing support are set out in a separate proposal or agreement. That agreement governs the engagement. Retainer scope and fees are agreed before ongoing support begins.

Examples and client comments

The animated journey illustrates how work can move through a system. It is not a live demonstration of a connected client account. HQ builds are tailored to their organizations. Featured testimonials describe an individual client’s experience; they do not establish a standard result for every project.

Content and permitted use

HowOps branding, website content, and original media belong to HowOps or their respective owners. You may browse and share links to the site. Please ask before republishing media or using HowOps or client branding in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement.

Responsible use

Use contact channels for genuine inquiries. Do not send spam, malicious content, credentials, or information you are not authorized to share. Do not attempt to disrupt the website or gain unauthorized access to its services.

External services and availability

Jotform, Google Calendar, LinkedIn, and linked organizations operate their own services. Their terms and policies apply when you use them. Website information may change, and service availability can vary. Contact HowOps to confirm details relevant to a proposed engagement.
